Here, we offer a low-cost Concept Agreement. This gives you access to our team and our architect to prepare a custom sketch design and a rough project estimate. It’s a smart first step that gives you a clear visual plan and a sense of what your renovation could look like—before making a larger commitment.

We take on a consulting role during this stage, working closely with your architect, engineers, certifiers, and other professionals to keep things running smoothly. We manage the required site investigations, engineering reports, approvals, and selections. At the end of this stage, you'll receive a detailed fixed-price construction quote—so there are no surprises when it's time to build.

Once everything is finalised, we present a Master Builders fixed-price building contract. All inclusions, timelines, and scope are clearly set out, so you know exactly what to expect. This is your peace of mind—clear, locked-in pricing before any construction starts.

Now it's our team’s turn to bring your vision to life. Our capable project team and trusted trades get to work, following the plans and standards we’ve all agreed to. We maintain high quality and attention to detail across every part of the build. We keep you in the loop throughout, so you know how your project is progressing.

Once your renovation is complete, we walk you through the finished work and hand over the keys to your newly transformed home. You’ll receive a full handover pack including warranties and maintenance guides.

Our service doesn’t stop at handover. You’ll have direct access to our team during the maintenance period, with prompt support should anything need adjusting as you settle in.
