I’m Rob Swanson, and I started this company straight after finishing my carpentry apprenticeship. From the moment I went out on my own, the motivation behind what we do today was the same as it was back then—do it better. We spent years building high-end homes for other builders, sharpening our skills and learning what worked (and what didn’t).
But I was always drawn to renovations. I loved the diversity, the challenges, and the more personal experience they offered. No two projects were ever the same. That passion led us to specialise in this space—and 20 years later, Swanson Constructions has evolved into the renovation company we are today.
